By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

6.4 Where a client of Your Vegas Wedding Ltd or any subsidiary company is abusive, rude or threatening to any member of staff of Your Vegas Wedding or partner companies including but not exclusive to all current booking agents used by our company then Your Vegas Wedding Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any or all services from the client and no refund of any fees will be made.
6.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Yourvegaswedding.co.uk for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Yourvegaswedding.co.uk or that of its employees or agents.
7. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Yourvegaswedding.co.uk and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Yourvegaswedding.co.uk arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
8. SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. CONTRACT
Yourvegaswedding.co.uk is the trading name of Your Vegas Wedding Ltd, whose registered office is at Suite 403 Dorset House, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1TB . These Booking conditions govern all bookings with Yourvegaswedding.co.uk. A contract will only exist once Yourvegaswedding.co.uk has received a Booking Advice via email sent by the customer. Our on-line booking services are only available to persons over the age of 18. By booking with Yourvegaswedding.co.uk you confirm to us you comply with these rules.
10a. PRE MARRIAGE LICENCE
Your Vegas Wedding Ltd supplies the Nevada department marriage bureau with information supplied by you (the customer/bride) and thus accepts no responsibility legal or otherwise for any mistakes in the information supplied. Upon competition of the Marriage Licence Form the customer will pay Your Vegas Wedding Ltd the Pre Marriage Licence Fee of £199.00 via credit or debit card as agreed.
10b. TERMS OF BOOKING / CANCELATION
When a booking is made and a deposit payment or EchoSigned contract is confirmed then the booking non refundable and non changeable. Where a change is made Your Vegas Wedding Ltd reserve the right to charge an amendment fee as well as any fees due to the supplier. Changes on bookings will only be made once the full fee has been paid direct to Your Vegas Wedding. Should a customer decide to cancel our services then the retention fees and any booking fees are non refundable.
11. WHERE WE ACT AS AN AGENT
Yourvegaswedding.co.uk acts as an agent for various suppliers whose products form part of your booking. The suppliers standard terms and conditions will apply to these products. When Yourvegaswedding.co.uk is acting as an agent the booking advice and any travel vouchers will contain the supplier's details.
11.1 OUR LIABILITY TO YOU WHERE WE ACT AS AN AGENT
Subject to clause 18 Yourvegaswedding.co.uk acts in all cases as an agent for suppliers of accommodation and other products featured on this website.
12. STAR RATINGS
These are our own and are broadly inline with the UK understanding of star ratings and reflect the quality, comfort and facilities of the accommodation. You must not assume that a certain star rating guarantees a specific facility will be present and also our star ratings may differ from official star ratings.
13. TRADING NAME
