Getting married in Vegas has never been that difficult, you have only got to see that Britney Spears even managed to do it! However it can seem a little daunting going to the courthouse, taking a ticket, waiting in line and then making sure that the paperwork is all filled out correctly.

Legal Requirements for weddings in Las Vegas & Nevada - N.B please check with us before you travel.

Application: A man and woman who are unrelated and are both at least 18 years old may be issued a marriage license in Clark County. Proof of age may be required. Both must appear at the Marriage License Bureau in the County Courthouse, at 200 S. 3rd Street, 1st floor.

Blood Test: NO Blood test is required
Waiting Periods: No waiting period.

Requirements for divorced people marrying: To obtain a marriage license and have a legal marriage divorces must be final in the state where granted. The date of the final decree and city and state where granted are required.

International marriage information: UK couples will need to get a copy of the U.S marriage certificate from the offical that married them so that they have proof that they have been legally married

All marriage certificates issued in the state of Nevada must be used within this state.
